Add step after completion

  • The ‘Add step after completion' allows you to add another flow (step) of the workflow after completion of the 'initial activity’.

  • Click on the ‘Add step after completion' button to add the 'NEXT STEP’ button as shown below.

  • You can add any activities on the ‘NEXT STEP' button to create another flow (step) of workflow which will execute after completion of 'INITIAL ACTIVITY’.

  • For example, you can open the ‘contact' details on the ‘INITIAL ACTIVITY’ and on the ‘NEXT STEP’ you can use the 'Desktop Notification’ activity to alert the user as shown below.

  • You can also add multiple 'NEXT STEP' buttons in the workflow as shown below.

  • If you want to delete the ‘NEXT STEP', right-click on the ‘NEXT STEP’ button, it will show the ‘DELETE STEP’ menu to delete the 'NEXT STEP’ button from the workflow as shown below.
