Anatomy

Billing Codes will change over time to meet our various business needs. This document will describe how to read the billing code and indicate which billing code versions are currently in use.

Status

The status for any one billing code version is indicated next to the version name in brackets.

[ Active ]

This billing code is currently in use and should the primary way to refer to customers.

[ End Of Life: <Date> ]

The billing code version is in use, but is slated to be moved to an active version by <Date>.

[ Deprecated ]

This billing code version is no longer in use and should be migrated to a new version ASAP.

Contract Type

There are two contract types:
1 - Direct Contract

2 - Partner Contract

License Tier

The license tiers are described:

Year Signed

This is the four digit year the contract was acquired.

Count

This is an ordered count of the client for that signing year. Client 0002 was signed before client 0003.

Partner Code

The partner code indicates the third party the contract is partnered with.

XX - None

AI - Avaya

BS - Bucher & Suter

VP - VPrimeTech / Bucher & Suter

SH - SHI

SP - Speridian

Version 1 [ Deprecated ]
