The Twilio platform allows the creation of custom call center solutions from a selection of prebuilt components and APIs. This provides a wide range of flexibility in the created solution but presents unique challenges for system integrators as each solution is different.

 

The OpenMethods OpenConnect product provides Twilio based customers with an API that can be used to integrate their solution into the OpenMethods ecosystem quickly and easily.
