This use case covers the ability to select the OpenMethods' Customer and CRM records to use when logging in. This use case applies to OpenMethods QA resources and in very rare cases external production customers with advanced requirements. Normally, a CRM instance is linked to a single customer and crm record. This use case allows QA resources to use a single CRM instance to access any number of internal Customer records and multiple cloud environments without reconfiguration.
